As an update, roads are obviously clearing in most places, but heavy traffic, the worse affected is Excel where staff are unable to get anywhere with the gridlocked traffic.  This is the current position;

Excel @ Clayton – still closed, unable to get staff in due to traffic gridlock

Horbury Day Nursery – opening 10.30

Education Centre – opening at 10.30

Stanley Day Nursery – opening 10.30
